  • It is important you are ready and waiting at the pick up location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. 
  • If you are travelling on a Hospital Warrant this must be sent to Ingham Travel at lease 1 working day prior to your transfer and an additional payment of $12.50 each way will be required. Please select the Hospital Warrant Fare when booking your transfer. These transfers must be to/from either the Townsville University Hospital or the Mater Hospitals.
